Resetting Personalize settings of a user in Portal

Hi All,

By Mistakenly I have selected Remove from Page option from Personalize icon of a iview from then i was not able to see the iview. But now i need to get back that iview to that pirticular user.

Hi Mahesh,

Personilization cleaup for the user will restore as original. Search for the user and remove it.

Hi Mahesh,

Do the following.

System Administration -> Support -> Support Desk -> Portal Content Directory -> Personalization cleanup->"Select by principal"

->give the user for which you need to do personalization reset

What NagaSankarAnand said is correct. We had this exact same issue with users clicking "remove from page" and this is what we did to fix it.

Hi Saxena,

I have Personalize icon for an iview if you click on that icon you will find Renove the Page option if at all you select that page will be removed for that login user.

So now i need to get back that page to the user.

Please help me out if at all you know the solution.

Hi Mahesh,

I remember that there used to be a 'reset all customizations' button visible too. Is this available in your case?
