Public Holiday in China

Greetings

We have a need to set up public holiday (women's day) that is applicable only for women and another one only for people under age 28 years (Youth Day)

How to set up such holiday class? Please provide some guidance.

The best way will be to use IT 2003 and put in a substitute holiday for these employees.

You can use the fast entry transaction (PA70) to pull out reports on multiple factors (gender, date of birth, etc.) and get a list of people for whom to create the IT 2003 record. Then create the record for all employees in the same transaction.

Of course, you will have to create the necessary substitution types first in configuration.
