Create Task in UWL?

Questions regarding the create task button in UWL.

Could anyone explain when this is used ? and could we have container data elements for this adhoc task so that data can be passed to this adhoc task? Thanks, Dave

This is how you create Collaboration tasks.

Collaboration tasks are basically adhoc tasks, used in example scenarios like

- Creating a task for someone to perform,

- Requesting someone's approval

- Requesting a feedback

etc.

These tasks basically run on portal server, and do not have a dependency on backend R/3.
