DS application output is different depending on the chosen Browser (Chrome/IE)

Hello DS Community Members,

I am currently developing Design Studio dashboards based on the following two browsers:

1. Internet Explorer - 11.0.9600

2. Google Chrome - version 54, 64-bit

As the application was developed using IE as local test, there are no issues. However, when running the same application on Chrome, there is significant zoom applied to the application.

I have checked that it is indeed at the 100% default zoom. It seems like if I minimize to 75% then it matches the output with Internet Explorer.

I have implemented scripts to detect if user browser is chrome, then use CSS to set the application body to be:

Zoom: 75%.

Everything is fine except that the crosstab component refuses to respond to onClick events. I know that Transform: scale would be supported but it would be significant work to resize individual components.

Have any of you encountered similar issue and how did you resolve it to ensure that all browsers provide consistent renders.

Have you checked your Chrome resolution? I have my zoom settings smaller for tools like BusinessObjects Cloud.
