Modifying Default Reports

Hi,

I want to take all the sales reports built in to B1 and then

1. Duplicate

2. Add on extra columns of information

However, are these reports held in crystal format? I searched my hard drive for *.rpt files but didn't find any.

all help appreciated,

      Hi,

I gave this to our crystal designer (he doesn't know sap). We copied the report as suggested above and was able to open it to work upon it.

however, he said it's missing the following:

      XSD File path in report : D:\CR Development\CR Install\CrystalConverter_1.0.0.13_13.04.2010_790904\B1CRPLD.xsd

Any idea what I did wrong?

If you are on version 8.8, and the reports / layouts are crystal ones, you can choose to EDIT, which will open in the designer (if it is installed on the machine). Once it is open in the designer, choose save as & save to a new report file.

Then open the new report file & edit as required.
