Populate a values dynamically to Element in Apprisal Template

Hi Folks,

i have created the one template(T.Code :PHAP_CATALOG_PA) and added one Job element from existing elements list. I was added the two criteria under the job element like Responsibilities and Attributes. When i click the preview button, i can able to view template with added my element and criteria.

I have added filter value(T.code :OOHAP_BASIC) of the Badi Implementation and same to be added column tab of the both Responsibilities and Attributes criteria. In Badi(Definition Name: HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX) i have created one new Implemention with the reference of (HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX6) and written the code for logic.

Now my requirements is i want to populate the values to criteria dynamically from Badi. In Badi which internal table i have to move the values and how to get the Responsiblities and Attributes criteria values in template.

I think I have the answer. But would like to know your business scenario (no need for which badi you use).

So, could you just describe me the business requirement then I will answer you afterwards.

Hi,

Please check the implementations HRHAP00_VALUE_TYPE*.

If needed create your own implementation.

Then include this new enhancement in your category and template.

In the template - Columns tab, fill the value determination column accordingly.

thanks your quick response,

My Implementation related to Job Profile, so i have choosen HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX6. I have created new implementation and added that Badi to Column tab of the Element with use of (OOPHAP_BASIC) t.code.

I need to know how to link my badi values with which i have created element in template.(In Short term: dynamically fetch values from Badi and pass the values to Criteria under element.

Can you please provide in detail.
