Loading charges on PO after its delivery??

Hi,

We have a transportation PO in which the delivery charges were say 1000/- now when the material is delivered it is unloaded after say 3 days so the tranporter charges extra detention charges for those 3 days say 500/-. But MIGO can be done of 1000/- only how to add this 500/-????

Please help!
