Call BAPI using SAP .NET Connector 3.0 using C#

Hi I installed sapnco30dotnet40P_1-20007347 setup which gives me dll's sapnco.dll of version 3.0.1.0,But when i add reference of that dll in my project it's not allowing me to add sap.middleware.connector namespace.

can you please tell me the procedure two connect SAP and call BAPI from C#,Please give me the code for C#.
