Connecting SAP CRM with ERP

Hi,

We have just finished installing SAP CRM 7.0 SR1 ABAP based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 EHP1.

On another system we have a SAP ERP 2004 (ECC 5.0) system.

Is it possible to connect CRM 7.0 with ERP 2004 (ECC 5.0)?

If yes, where can I find a step by step guide to do so?
