PC-UI: Advance Search Help

Hi all,

Does annyone have ever created a advance search help in the PCUI for a field created by Easy enhancement Workbench (EEWB) for object CRM_CASE ( Case Management )?

I read the documentation "The People-Centric User Interface of mySAP CRM" version 2.0 final (February 2003)and it is written that we can create our own advances search help and return the chosen value to the screen.

EX: I have 2 fields: country and city. When the user press F4 on the city field, i only want to show the cities for the country entered by the user.

I did exactly what it is written in that guide but it's still not working. The advance search help window appears but there is no values in it. Can anyone help me? Maybe there is more recent documentation?
