org id not updated in IT0001

The org id for a particular person is reflecting as 00000000 in IT0001 though it is reflecting correctly in ppome. I ran rhinte10 and rhinte30 but it did not help. Rhinte 30 did not create a batch input folder itself.All switch's are properly activated in T77s0. RHINTECHECK showed that the cost center was not assigned to the person.will this create a problem when running rhinte 30?.....cost center has been assigned to the position in Po13.
