ALEAUD SPLIT in PI

Hi all,

I couldn't find an answer. In my SAP back end system an ALEAUD.ALEAUD01 IDoc leaves towards PI with N E1STATE segments. Unfortunately, in PI I don't get one IDoc, but instead I can see N IDocs. Somehow they are being split...

Why is PI performing this split? Can I avoid it?

    Jessica,

When you say split I hope it's before executing mapping ? If yes then check the partner profile if in case packing is enabled to get N idocs at a time.

    Yes, it's before mapping.

We've one IDOC ALEAUD in WE05 (ECC) with 5 segments E1STATE, but in SAP PI (java only) we received 5 IDOCS ALEUD with one segment E1STATE each.

I'm afraid it's a standard behavior, but I'm asking if we can avoid this.

    Thanks

    Jessica

      Thanks Manoj,

In Note 1915240 I can see:

The sender Java IDoc adapter will split the received ALEAUD IDoc document list for each IDoc document in the list and also for each status information in a single ALEAUD IDoc document.

I'm afraid it has not a solution.
