    Hi,

Try running Crystal Presentation Design (aka: Xcelsius) with the supported Internet Browser Version.

Supported Browsers (for Xcelsius 2008 up to SP3)

     Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2

     Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0

     Mozilla Firefox 2.0

     Mozilla Firefox 3.0

Else you may want to try your luck and switch on Compatibility Mode for IE8.

    Regards,

    Ken

When is the error occurring? Surely not during the actual install of a service or fix pack.

Please mention what version you're using, and what SP/FP you're applying, and what you're doing when the error occurs.

    Hi,

If you are using IE8 go for compatiblity settings else check if your Flash player is 10 or above .....if not upgrade it to 10.2.

If you are using 64 bit OS ...... install the 64 bit version of Flash Player coder name as "Square."
