PreCalculation Server authentication requested when executing schedule

Hi,

I've installed the PreCalculation Server and is working fine.

The only issue is that in Production when is executing a scheduled setting the system requests an authentication just like what is required to connect through Bex Analyzer.

In Development when the scheduled setting executes it runs properly without requesting the user to log in.

Does anyone know what configuration might be different between systems? is likely to be something related to Basis authentication configuration, because Precalculation servers are configured the same way and using the same user with identical authorizations.

Hello,

There are some issues regarding authentication / RRMX / precalculation if you are using SAPGUI 7.20 + Business Explorer 7.20 on your Precalc. Server.

If this is you case, review these three notes below:

1435326, 1471630 and 1498947.

If persist, let us know.

Hi,

This was solved by adding the following parameters to the system profile (RZ11 or RZ10):

a) login/create_sso2_ticket=2

b) login/accept_sso2_ticket=1

This is described in note 1498947 though the note was created for a different scenario.
