We use standard TAS item category on sales orders for 3rd party material drop ships. For orders containing a TAS item category, a purchase requisition is automatically created upon save of the sales order. We need a message that will advise the user, upon save of the sales order, that the minimum order quantity from the vendor's info record is not equal to the quantity entered on the sales order. I've looked at BAPI_PR_CHANGE, BAPI_PR_GETDETAIL, ALE_PR_CHANGE and ALE_PR_GETDETAIL, but none of these appear to suffice. My SAP note search has not proven successful.
Does anyone know of a BAPI or BADI that could be used to create this message?
