What is "StrSapWUSSAPSSoftwareUpdate"?

I just pushed out SAP GUI 7.20 patch 6 with BI Add-On patch 400, BW 3.5 Add-Onn Patch 5, and BW 7.x precaculation service03. I noticed this odd pop up at the end of the patch updates of which the contents include "StrSapWUSDoYouWishToUpdateComponents". We have never seen this before. What is it for? Can we supress it? If choose no, what happens? Can we change the text as "StrSapWUSDoYouWishToUpdateComponents" all strung together like that is not going to make it past marketing.

SapWUS = SAP Wokrstation Update Service....
is a service in the background in the windows system.
Please open a new oss message in BC-FES-INS
We must analyse this via the oss.
