Corrupt Download ?

I am trying to download and install the latest 32 bit Crystal Runtime for 4.0 framework from this link:

http://www.businessobjects.com/jump/xi/crvs2010/us2_default.asp

When I get it downloaded and try to open the CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_1.zip file, I get a corrupt file warning. Is anyone else having this issue?
