Hi,

Go to RSA1 tcode.

On the left hand side panel , click on transport connection.

Under the node SAP NODE, click on Object types. This would open all objects according to the types.

Expand workbook node. Double click on Select objects. Search for your workbook and click OK.

This would move to right hand panel.

In the Grouping tab select - Only necessary objects.

Slect the workbook that has to be transported. Click on Tranport Ojbects button. Assign the package and then choose the transport request. ONce all the objects are captured in TR. The status shows green. and upon refresh, the transport number will be assigned to the workbook objects.

Hope it helps

Hi Vivek,

In transprot connection tab(rsa1) you will be able to see three panels.

In the 1st panel --> double click on the "object types" under SAP.

Then in the middle panel you will be able to see all the objects available.

Select the workbook which you need to transport --> drag and drop it in 3rd panel.

Do the below setting in 3rd panel

-

Collection mode: as per ur requirement.

Set package: It will ask you under which request you need to collect the workbook.

If the request is already available, assign under it or else create a new request and press the transport button.

Hope this helps u.

Hi Vivek,

in general a good idea is to assign a workbook in some role and then transport the specific role. Nevertheless, if you want to include a workbook in a request alone you can choose transaction RSA1 then "Transport Connection" -> SAP Transport -> Object Types. Then in Grouping button select "Only necessary objects" and in the tree of "All Objects According to Type" select the relevant object under the Workbook node. Afterwards, select the button of transporting objects.
