While creating Out bound delivery against Sales Order

Error noticed is

"Create delivery" not allowed (Sys. status Cost, object VB0000030150000010)

Message no. BS051

The status check for the status object VB0000030150000010 indicated that the procedure "Create delivery" cannot be performed because Sys. status Cost forbids it.

Sales Order No is 30150 line item :10

run the report - SDSTATU2 with your sales order and then try to create delivery, may be status profile is not determined correctly.

or may be order item is blocked for delievry check.

Check the profit center in the sales order item level.

Refer SAP Note 323908 - Status management for versions of order items

The SAP Note states this can be b'coz of Program error.
