Hello experts,
I have a problem with an infopackage. Whenever I run the infopackage I get errors which are like:
InfoIDocs missing; external system
Error message from the source system
Any suggestions?
With regards,
TUN.
Seems like a connection problem.
Can you do a Check on the source system of the infopackage ?
RSA1 -> Source systems -> Right mouse on the source system -> check.
Sometimes a restore for the source system can solve it, but probably you will need to ask to basis.

Thank you for replying.
And I have done what you said but I have still problem with infopackages.
It gives error like:
InfoDocs are missing. The source system is not an SAP system. The IDocs are therefore created in the BI system. Since the IDocs are missing, a short dump has probably occurred in BI.
What should I do?
With regards,
TUN.
Hi,
Please let me know what is the source system that you are trying to connect to load . (flat files?)
Check for the datasource if it is in active version. Check for the transformations and DTPs if they are active.
If eveything is fine. Try deleting the infopackage and recreate a new one and execute.
Hope it helps
HI,
Go to T-code BD87 and you can see IDocs which are in yellow state...Right click them and Process them...
Thanks
