External Operation delivered status (EODL) on PM Order header level

Hello

For internal operations we have the statuses PCNF and CNF. And it is only when all internal operations has got the status CNF that CNF is set on PM Order header.

But for external operations we do not have the same. We can see on the operation is partly delivered (EOPD) and delivered (EODL). But we can not see this on PM order header level.

Anyone that have a solution for this?

And we have a similar case for goods. We can not see on PM order header that all requested goods are received.

Anyone that have a solution for this as well.

Best regards

Hi,

The EOPD and EODL status values are specific to operations, there is no equivelent status at order header level. You could probable look at using a user status at header level but as both these status values are set from outside the PM order - from ML81N, it is difficult to automate any user status setting in conjunction with setting of EOPD/EODL.

There is no business function linked to these status values that could be associated with a user status setting. You are probably looking at some batch update to examine the operation status values and set a header user status.
