CS01, CS02, CA01, CA02 user exit between call and execute available?

Dear All,

we want to activate the SAP ECH function with change number only for certain Plants. For Plant A the change number should be mandatory, for Plant B not.

Is there any possibility to influence those standard maintenance transactions with one Z-table, which would be read somehow after the transaction call and before the transaction axecution?
