attributes in bex Analyzer

Hi! folks

Can anybody tell me how to see the value of attributes in the Bex Analzer.

I have made characteristic <b>Document</b> with several attributes like <b>doc. Type,doc. date</b> ,But when I making the query in the bex..not able to display or see the value of attributes instead value like <i> 'not assigned/#' </i> are coming.
