Thanks Manikandan & Prashanth for ur valuable inputs.

I have few other queries :

1. Kindly explain what will happen in case of 3rd party exports. Here the vendor(manufacturer exporter ) will export on behalf of another exporter(seller)....incase of 3rd party domestic, the vendor charges the excise duty back from the seller, but incase of exports from a vendor what will happen...???

2. What charges will be applicable to the customer incase of free on board & cost & freifgt incoterms...???

3. Give some idea on excise registers & utilisation determination.

4. Incase of exports in taxinn procedure , why excise duties are not getting calculated in the excise invoice if I only maintain AED,SED,BED % records without maintaining AED,BED,SED totals...???

In this case the Manufacturer exporter exports the goods on ARE1 submitted by Seller. The seller will provide the ARE1 to the manufacturer Exporter. In Exports there will not be any Excise duties unless if you have not received the POE within 180 days.

3). Give some idea on excise registers & utilisation determination.

Registers Extraction, updation & Printing check this

TAXINN is an procedure. you have to amintain the condition records for the conditions which are in your Exports Pricing Procedure

Hi

1. In domestic sale the excise duty will be shown in the net value column or the tax column in the billing doc?

It all depends on the business and also in the configuration of condition types for Excise Duties. If YOu put D as on option then the excise duties will be shown in Taxes coloumn (MWSBK)

else it will be showm in the Net value (NETWR)

2. In exports sale no excise duty will be charged from the customer?

If the Exports is under LOUT/BOND then there willnot be any excise duties.

3. While creating ARE1 doc in export under bond, the values of excise duty in not getting transfered from excise invoice.

Check whether the Excise duties are updating in J_1IEXCDTL table.

You may have to apply this user exit in order to get the duties in ARE1.

With the help of ABAPer Goto SE37 and enter J_1I7_USEREXIT_DUTY_IN_EXPORT

and input the below code SUPPRESS_CALCULATION = 'X'

Hai,

1. In domestic sale the excise duty will be shown in the net value column or the tax column in the billing doc?

In General, while creating condition type you will selecting the Condit.category = D for Taxes, only the value of those condition type will go to Tax column. Most other will go to the Net Value.

The condition should not be statistical.

and Condition type like VPRS with category G Internal price will be statistical.

2. In exports sale no excise duty will be charged from the customer?

NO ED will be calculated and but the excise value should be submitted to ED department.

3. While creating ARE1 doc in export under bond, the values of excise duty in not getting transfered from excise invoice.

Please in export sales order the ED values flows with statistical, so without affecting the value it will get recorded.
