What permissions are required to enter Incidents in the Support Portal?

I have an s-user account but still can't enter an incident report. Are special permissions needed, and if so, what are they?

Hi Greg,

Generally, the Support Portal is the front-end layer of the Cloud for Customer service requests backend, and permissions should be given there. Could you please elaborate a bit more on your scenario?
