Hi All,
We are facing one problem while configuring service desk in solman. I have defined new status messages in SLFN, But when I am going to CRM_DNO_MONITOR and opening a message, and try to assign that status message. It is showing me as "not found". I am not getting the new status messages that I have defined and instead of that I am getting "not found".
I am missing something but I am not able to find so. Please suggest.

With "Status Message" are you refering to the status in the "SAP attributes" tab? If so, I think that status belongs to SAP, you are not supposed to modify that field, only SAP when they are dealing with your message.

It could be related to the translation of the status? In the activity "Change Status Profile for User Status" go to your SLFN status profile, then goto -> translation -> profile translatioin then check if your logon language is maintained for your new status.
Additionally, it could be due to a lack of authorization, in the same img activity, check if your new status had a value in the column "authorization code" and if so check the object B_USERSTAT

The grayed out problem is because in the img activity I told you before you didnt modify the column "Highest Status No" for the other status you had previously. I guess they have the value 60, and your new status is 70, so that they cant reach your new status then it is greayed out. You should change them to 70 or the value of your new status.
