We are facing one problem while configuring service desk in solman. I have defined new status messages in SLFN, But when I am going to CRM_DNO_MONITOR and opening a message, and try to assign that status message. It is showing me as "not found". I am not getting the new status messages that I have defined and instead of that I am getting "not found".
I am missing something but I am not able to find so. Please suggest.
