auto batch determination in CO11N

can anyone guide me how to create auto batch determination at CO11N, means at the time on confirmation but not at order create or order release?

Make the necessary settings through T code MBC1 and then check in CO11N for the batch determination for the components.

for mov type 101 with statrgy type ME01 I made chnges for mtrl but that is not creating auto batch in CO11N

for mtrl i click batch mngt tab, batch entry is 'batch in good issue, no confrmtion req'

in OPKP i hv 'no batch creation for prod ord ' as our client doesn't want to create batch at order create n release

in OPL8 btch detrmnt search procedure is CO0001

what other confg i need to make in MBC1 in order to get auto batch in CO11N?

Pl. check OMCG - Allocate IM search procedure / Activity check . See if search procedure ME0001 is assigned to Mov. Type 261 & check batch indicator is Active.

I hv setting in OMCG for 101 mov type search procedure ME0001 as our client want to handle finish good in batches only.

Your thread subject and details are misleading the forum members. Batch Detemination and Batch creation both are different thing.

Batch Generation in co11n or co15 is possible but condition is auto gr should be use.

Set no Batch Creation in producion/process order in transection OPKP - Production scheduling profile you are using.

Hope rest of the settings is already there for Batch Managment.

Hi,

1) Activate automatic Batch Creation for Movement type 101 using below link,

Spro->Logistic-> Batch Managment ---> Creation of new Batches ---> Define Batch Creation for Goods movement

2) Set No Batch Creation in production / process order using below link

Spro->Logistic-> Batch Managment ---> Define Batch Creation for Production Order / Process Order

3) Activate Auto Goods Receipt for Production order either

- using Control key with auto gr in last operation of your routing or

- activate auto goods receipt in production scheudling profile, t.code for the same is opkp

problem is yet not solve... its not generating, any setting need to be done or remove from MBC1 for mov type 101?

Hi,

Once again be clear what you actually want.

Transection MBC1 is for the creation of Batch Determination strategy and not for Batch Creation. So if Batch is not created then there must be something is missing in config or in master.

1) refer this [link|http://www.sap-img.com/materials/config-setting-in-batch-management.htm] to check your configuration settings for batch managment

2) check in material master of finished or semi finished materials.for the activation of batch managment.
