Transfer Action for different Country Location

Hi Seniors,

I have to setup the Transfer action which should capture the data for Transfering a employee fromone country to another country,say Canada to Swizterland.

I have to set up the Transfer action accordingly can anybody guide me on this.

Please guide me on this.

Thanks for the update i have went through IGMOD,now i just want to know if at all i need to follow the below mentioned confi steps for Trasfer action for Transfer to other countries.

Please guide me if iam wrong,this is waht i could make out from the system.

Set UP Personnel Action>>>>>Create the action and select the Country Reassignment option.

Create Reason for personnel action>>> Reason for personnel action.

IGMOD>>> Default the Reason.

One more thing i would like to address here is that:-

If you perform a country reassignment in the SAP system, you must also enter a new personnel number for the employee. The country reassignment action combines the entry action with the new personnel number and the leaving action for the previous personnel number in one single concise step.

Please put in your thoughts on this.

Hi Seniors,

I have setup the personnel action.

Now when i try to Execute through PA40 system throughs a msg for ENTRY & Leaving,

I Have put in Entry the new PERNR as 10000012

The existing PERNR for th employee is 10000005,whne i execute the action system through the Error MSG as

Personnel number doesnot exists select an hiring action.

Please guide
