How to align R3 & CRM org units ?

I am talking about transaction code : CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE

Here how to sinchronize the R3 & CRM org ?

    Hello,

    I am new to SAP CRM 7.0. While creating Business Partner Sold-to-party , under Organization, I am not able to see Partner Function tab under Sales Area data. Can u pls let me know where to active this in CRM 7.0 ?
