SD User Not able to Assign Sales Person-VA01 from Org Assignment.

Hi Seniors,

SD user is not able to assign the Sales Person while creating Sales Order.

The Perner for the Sales Peson is a;aready available in the System.

The Pers.No is not showing in the drop down when the User creates the SAles Order in VA01.

Is there wany integration switch between SD & HR so that system should automatically pickup the PERNER,when we assign it to the Sales Order.

well the only integration point between sd and hr I can think of is infotype 0900,.. that is where you maintain the employees sd-related org structure details like sales area sales org et al,...

now I aint a sd guy and so cannot vouch that maintaining the above infotype will resolve your issue but then again it does sound like a good starting point for your investigation.

Ask your SD teammate to setup partner determination for the sales person.
