DI Server SOAP Errors

Error : Error logging out of SAP Server

We are using a product called Flow Software to create Pick Lists and then Deliveries and Invoices using the DI Server.

On most days, processing the first sales order generates the above DI Server SOAP Error.

This problem started about two weeks ago. Previously it had occurred only once or twice in three months.

I have been told that the DI Server requires a restart if there has been a change to the database.

Is this correct?

Are there any other cirumstances that would necessitate a restart?

It is indeed DI Server requires a restart if there has been a change to the database.

I believe that could be the only case need it restart.

Hi Gordon Du,

                  I am getting  "Error env:Receiver -1 Error in SOAP command 'AddObject' AddObject F41C957D-CE13-4E71-9DBC-BDA" this error while creating sales order using DI Server. I do not know why it is coming. When I restart the DI server then  Order is creating with out any error.  Can you please give me solution to avoid it?

Please help me on this issue.
