Problems using "with statement"

Hey guys,

I'm working on a report using a command where I have to pull data using a with statement because of the nature of the data I need to see.

I created the report using Crystal Reports 11 and it is working fine... but once I export it to Crystal Enterprise, the report fails to run ( Error Message: Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\procSched\Crystalsrv.reportjobserver\~tmpcbc6906bcea23116.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 319 ] )

I know the problem is because of the usage of the with statement because I cut some parts of the report so I could use the regular query, and then it worked fine on CE.

any ideas? is there any known issue with CE and "with statements" ?

if it helps, the query I'm doing is something like this (its a simplified version)

with n (A, B, C) as (

select A, B, (select max F3 from T2 where < from T1

select *, (select min(B) from n as n2 where n1.A = n2.A and n1.C>n2.C) as prevC from n as n1
