Dear Experts

I have a situation.. one employee was changed from General shift to night shift on 20th march 2011.now we are in the process of running april month payroll for him. we have to pay 10 days shift allowance for the month of march as retro. but in system it pays the Shift allowance correctly and detects the 10days amount of housing allowance and other WT used in IT0014.

request for your valuable response.

Hi Remi,

I checked the IT0014 its from hire date to 31.12.9999,we are facing the issue while running with retro otherwise its calculating correctly.i suspect its happening because of changes in IT0001 either shift or organization.looking for your support

Plese find below the rule to caluclate shift allowance. deduction value is emerging in Reto international Sub schema - PDT X041 GEN NOAB Provide differences received..we did not change anything in this standard rule. if i removed changes made in IT0001 its calculating correctly.

2000 Shift Allowance
