Target table CNCCRMPRSAP445 is not actively available

Hello experts,

We are facing this problem in crm 7.0 "Target table CNCCRMPRSAP445 is not actively available

". We want to pass table A445 to CRM, we have created an object in tcode r3ac5 the "ZDNL_COND_A445", that contain s the table A445.

When we run the object we get the error posted above.

We have runned the report /SAPCND/RV12N001 but it didn' solve the problem.

How can we activate the table CNCCRMPRSAP445 ?

CNCCRMPR* tables are created when you trigger the initial load for adapter object DNL_CUST_CNDALL. There is a chance that DNL_CUST_CNDALL object is not downloaded correctly or some how it got terminated in middle. Try downloading this object again and check the SLG1 log after the completion of load.

I did all the tips you have sugested but the problem still persists.

After running the object DNL_CUST_CNDALL and running the report, the table CNCCRMPRSAP445 is not created.

Any other suggestion?

Try downloading also DNL_CUST_PRC.

When you are running the DNL_CUST_CNDALL object, the system should be open for modification because it creates database tables. Check your system settings with basis team.

Hello,

The problem is finaly solved. The table A445 in ERP had one additional field, so I had to created the same field in CRM in order to possibility the mapping between systems and the creation of CNCCRMPRSAP445 table, after running the DNL_CUST_CNDALL.

Hi Susana ,

I am getting the same issue. Do I need to run DNL_CUST_CNDALL in client open mode or normally if I can run also. Is there any issue if I rerun DNL_CUST_CNDALL.

Try the following:

- trigger the customizing download of object DNL_CUST_CNDALL

- run report /SAPCND/RV12N001 with following parameters:

- application : CRM

- usage : PR

- table numer : CUS445

- mark first 4 checkboxes and generate it

Also open the client for changes.

If still it is not active check SLG1 for errors.
