what r the consideration to be taken into account for enterprise, personnel structure and organizational structure....
Your project OM implemented or not, its implemented focus on org units,positions,jobs and define the org structure depends upon your client data
comeing to enterprise and personnel structures you have to understand the business process of client from top to bottom and bottom to top ie where the variation occures to know the variation refer these tables V_001P_ALL, V_503_ALL

Hi,
Basically you have to know the organization structure of the company and also positions,jobs.
and also about personel area and employee group and its divisions etc...then only you can create enterprise structure and personnel strctures.
