To select All or Individual customer for parameter @prompt and LOV

Hi,

I have two doubts for same thing- parameter @prompt and LOV.

1. Parameter:

How to consider u2018Allu2019 or Individual customer for parameter in universe?

All- if I select 'All', all customer must be fetched.

If I select one particular customer, the customer record is fetched.

2. LOV:

How to make All or individual customer using LOV in universe

Please let me know the way for both parameter and LOV u2018Allu2019 or Individual customer.

    (A)You can create the object in the universe to add all in LOV of prompt:

    @Select(Team\Team Description) IN

    @Prompt('Select A Team','A','Team\Team Description',MULTI,FREE)

    OR

    'ALL' IN @Prompt('Select A Team','A','Team\Team Description',MULTI,FREE,Persistent,{'ALL'})

    (B) You can try below option as well:

    1. In designer select the object in question and double click to open the properties

    2. In Properties dialog select the Properties tab

    3. Under list of values click edit

    4. In the Query Panel click View SQL

    5. Update the SQL as outlined below

    SELECT 'ALL' FROM DUAL

    UNION

    SELECT DISTINCT

    TABLE_NAME.COL_NAME

    FROM

    TABLE_NAME

    6. Tick "Do not generate SQL before running"

    7. Click OK, OK, OK.

    8. Change definition of your Filter Object as outlined below.

    Hope this will help you out...
