actions using processing time (selection report)

Hello All,

We are using the action profile to trigger the form in return order, this action definition is triggered manually by the users..

but some times system triggering the action automatically using the RFC User,

I was checked the all the background jobs in sm37, i didn't get any thing clue why the action is triggered the the RFC user

amazing thing is this action is triggering through the ECC RFC user.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue, this is impacting the client business.
