ME55- Individual release only possible.

Hello,

We are using SAP release 701. in ME55, when we try to release PR through collective release, for a particular set of PRs, we only get an yellow triangle (" individual release only") instead of the normal tick and pencil mark.Tthis set of PRs contain one or more deleted line items. As per note 668940, this has been corrected in release 470. Is it strange that similar error is still recurring in version 701?

We tried implementing note 668940 but system shows error. I don't believe there is any config settings for ME55 tcode. Further, the approvers can approve all other docs through ME55 except this set of PRs.
