Message for Excise Values Not Picking in PO

Hi All,

I want to configure a message for excise in PO, if Excise Rates are not picked in PO due to missing chapter ID of material after entering Excise Tax code system will give an error message. How to configure it. Is it present in standard product or i have to take help of ABAPER. Kindly provide your valuable inputs.

Ask abaper to use Enhancement. The logic you need to give.
