Here i have scenario with which i not familiar. The Business requirement is Out of all the remaining Quota, only 60 should be carried forward to the next year and remaining leave should be en cashed automatically by the system.
This is the matter of Policy and the employee has no choice in it.
Accordingly i have done the leave quota (IT2006) and leave encashment (IT0416) with the required PCR's. every thing working fine.
Help needed for the automatic leave en cashment for above 60 days unused quota.
Ex: on 31st Dec the employee is having 65 Days unused quota out of which 60 days are getting forwarded to the next year on 01st. so here those 5 days should be en cashed automatically by the system.
Here we are using Time Evaluation with TM04
