PR for vendor delivery day

Dear Experts,

We need to have purchase requisitions created in MD04 only for the vendor delivery days. I.e) if a vendor delivers only for 3 days in a week then we need to have purchase requisitions created only for the 3 days for the in MD04. please advise...,

Kindly goto MD25 and craete weelday specific planning calender and check days proosed by system and please used Consumption base planning for this purpose

Consumption based planning is not a requirement for this, you can run it also for normal deterministic planning purposes MRP type PD, P1

Hi,

You can trigger this by using the correct MRP settings (lot size key "PK") in conjunction with a correctly set planning calendar you are able to have the MRP generate purchase requisitions based on the required dates.

Planning calendars can be set in customizing SPRO->Production->Materials requirement planning->Master data->Maintain planning calendar.
