Unable to Preview Xcelsius File - Any troubleshooting steps?

Hi,

I have a peculiar issue, I am unable to "Preview" my model (create SWF file) from last 4 days, I was able to till some time back. Do you know what might be the reason. I have abode falsh player 10 on my laptop. When I export to Enterprise, Falsh file gets generated quickly and there is no issue . There is no error mesage but I see "Generating SWF " window continuously and never creates one. What are the troubleshooting steps. I just uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player 10 but no use. Is the issue with Live Office?. Do I need to reinstall Live Office?

As a workaround,Just noticed that when I go to Task Manager and end Task of 'Live Office' Task Preview is happening!! Why so.

Please help.

My Xcelsius and Live Office versions are BO XI R 3.1 SP3 FP 3.2.

Abode shockwave player got installed somehow, so I deleted that now. Will this affect SWF file generation from Xcelsius Model on my Laptop.

Regards, Nanda Kishore.

    Hi Nanda Kishore,

Try to install the latest Fix Pack 3.5.
