What you're looking for is not available as such in a single report.
If you want to compare BOM & component list of production order use CS14, but this wont give the qty. withdrawn details.
If you want the qty. withdrawn details as well, you can download the report from COOIS (layout - component), i.e. per production order, you can get the details of material, requirement & withdrawn quantities. Then get the BOM details from CS03 or CS12, then excel compare.
But if you want to have a single report, then build a custom report. FM for BOM - CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 and for production order - BAPI_PRODORD_GET_DETAIL. (If you want to do it table level, then SFO - RESB for components, any header level details then you can use AUFK, AFKO, AFPO & for BOM - MAST, STKO, STAS, STPO). Provide your specification to your developer and a simple Z report can be done for the same.

Hi dear,
You have to create Z report to get the BOM quantity and Production Order quantity.
To get Production Order qty and withdrawn quqntoty you can make use of Std. T. code COOIS.
COOIS -> List -> Components - > Enter Production Order no - > Execute report.
On te displayed screen you can see Required quantity and With drawn quantity if you are unable to see any field go to change layout and get the field in the displayed column list. You can also get the shortages ( difference between required and with drawn quantity)

Hi Pankaj Agarwal,
You can use MCRX / MCRE Std SAP report for Comparing Production order req qty Vs Withdrawal qty.

dear:
it is not a good to use BOM and compare by excel.
i suggest you use the query report.
for process order i use RESB and CAUFV tables.
RESB is also ok for production order.
RESB-BAUGR Material number of higher-level assembly
RESB-BDMNG Requirement Quantity
RESB-ENMNG Quantity Withdrawn
RESB-LGORT Storage Location
RESB-MATNR Material Number
RESB-POSNR BOM item number
RESB-POTX1 BOM Item Text (Line 1)
