Data Summation

Hi All,

I am able to see 2 entries of balance at the cube level., but on the report can see the last entry only.

Project No Doc Type Invoice status Cumulative Balance

C000039 RV C 115736.00

C000039 RV C 42500.00

-

Total: 158236.00

At report level can see only 42500.00 but not the summation value of 158236.00.

I have checked the InfoObject it is cumulative. Not sure the reason.

Any ideas.

Kind Regards

James

    Hi

The only issue seems to be the filter condition. Best way going forward would be to make a new query and do not apply filtering criteria which would otherwise filter this record which you want to see in report. If its there in the new report then probably you will have to change the filter condiitons in the original reprt.

    Regards

    Raj

Since you have already checked IO and it is cumulative.I would think there might be filters in query that is filtering data related to this record. Also check for any conditions on this query.

    Hi,

Create a new query based on this cube and examine result. If problem goes on problem is based on bw side.
