PPC calendar with yearly only one working day as 1st April

Dear Experts,

we would like to create PPC calendar with 1st April as a workday in every year in a plant. is it possible to design without disturbing the factory calendar set up?

after creating a factory calendar in SCAL, the factory calendar is valid only after the assignment with plant or workcenter.

if the factory calendar is not assigned to above, then the factory calendar won;t consider in scheduling

May I know, whats the use of only one working day as 1 st April

Hi,

Factory calendars is having 365 workdays per year for the plant. we need PPC calendar with only 1st April as workday for every year to receive some materials ( as a special case). is it possible to configure the same.

Select 'Years (workdays)' in 'Periods' & select every 1st day of the year asthe choice. Generate the periods and then change the periods as April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 as period 1. Repeat this as many periods you need.
