we have a problem in Form16. we are at the pactchlevel 68. when the Form 16 transaction executed, the new form16 layout got displayed. In the summary of Tax deducted at source there are three columns 1Receipt no (efile submission of Form24q) 2 Amount of Tax deducted in respect of the employee 3 Amount of Tax deposited remitted in respect of the employee. The details of 3rd column will be displayed after doing the challan mapping. We are not getting the tax details of the employees in the 1st and second columns.

Maintained all the prerequisites i.e Receipt no entry in PE03 etc

What could be the reason any notes need to apply

Request to sort the issue
