Set up "Manager's Destop" for personal assistants

Hi HCM experts,

the manager's personal assistants in our company should get access to a reduced number of reports (e.g. absence report) in Manager's Desktop. Is it possible to set up kind of an "Assistant's Desktop" using the SAP standard Manager's Desktop? Or is it only possible to use the Manager's Dektop with relationship A/B012?
