Hi,
As per my knowledge, VBRP is base table for 2LIS_13_VDITM.
I am trying to extract a data for particular customer (sold to party) for particular Bill date.
It is present in the VBRP table for all those billing documents, also I can see the sales against that customer in VF05N but I am not able to populate that data in my Data source.
So I am not able to extract that data in BW.For the same customer some records have come but not all.
Could you please suggest what might be the problem in the same.
Regards
DJ

Hi DJ,
Have you filled the setup tables for that particulat customer and bill dates, because when ever you want to extract the data from logistics like SD, MM you should fill the setup tables excpet delta's..
1st try to fill the setup tables then load the data....you will get those details.
Hope it helps you..

Venkat

Hi Venkat,
Delta is already scheduled on that data source from BW. Other data for that customer on diff date and for those date other customers are being populated.
Just one more query, is it advisable to fill up the setup table again when the delta is already running on the same?
I am working on production system.

DJ
Hi DJ,
Yes, you can fill the setup tables by fallowing below steps.
1. Delete setup table ( it won't disturb deltas)
2. Fill setup tables with required slections.
3. Create infopackage and select repair full request option ( by using repair full request you can load full update with disturbing existing delta's)
4. Give selections in infopackage selection tab and load the data.
Then delta's won't disturb.
Delta's will pic the data from RSA7 but full update will pic the data from setup tables...so filing setup tables won't disturb exisiting delta's
Hope it helps you....

Venkat.
Hi Venkat,
Thanks a lot. Atleast for one customer I am able to populate the data in RSA3 and till PSA.
But as user is not sure, which all customers are missing. Can I do the repair full request for all the data? for all dates ? How will it impact my existing delta which is already present in cube.
Regards
DJ
Hi DJ,
Yes you can load by using repair full request it won't disturb your existing delta's..... you can fallow below steps.
1. Take before image in the cube
2. Delete data from the cube by using selective deletion ( selections should be the dates which you want to load) because if you do not delete the data.....it will be doubled the figures in the cube.
3.Create infopackage and select repair full request option and then give date ranges in selection tab then execute the infopackage
4. check the data after load.
Regards,
Venkat.
Hi DJ,
Before Image means...upload your data to excel which is available now in your cube.
Yes you have to delete the setup table and reload it.....it won't disturb your delta flow...because delta's will be loaded through RSA7 not from setup table.
while loading data to infocube you must select repair full request option and enter the date selections in infopackage.

Venkat.
Hi DJ,
As I mentioned in my previous posts delta won't pic the data from RSA3 or SETUP table.....it will pic the data from RSA7....so you delta load won't pic those records which are available in RSA3....you should load data by using repair full request option...
After delta loads cube won't accept full load....it will ask to delete initialization....so you should select repair full request option.... so that next delta loads will not be disturbed.

Venkat.
HI ,
Are you loading deltas to the BI system , in that case make sure the Job control update jobs are running fine that your delta queue is filled regularly
Incase you are trying a full update , make sure the setup table is filled, Maybe you should refresh the setup tables and try the extraction again
Hope this helps
