inventorised or directly to cogs

Dear All,

I would like to ask this.

1 Say I want to purchase a material which is to be inventorised. if there is any change of the price, then it will hit moving average price (MAP). correct?

2 Say I want to purchase a material which do not keep stock (directly to cogs) and it is MAP in nature. any change of the price during migo and miro, MAP will not change. correct?
