Not able to login with French Language in SAP

Hello Experts,

We have installed French language patch in SAP BI Server (EHP2 ), unfortunatly we are not able to login into the system its display the error "SELECT ONE OF THE INSTALLED LANGUAGE"

Before French language installation we did Spanish and we are able to login without any problems.

We have set the parameter: zcsa/installed_languages with value: DEFSPlease let us know if any one knows what might be the reason for not able to login with French Language.

Can you provide more information please?

What do you see in transaction SMLT ?

You should see Languages --> French --> Imported packages with a green status at least there and probably also a supplementation node underneath the imported package node

What does report RSCPINST tell you when you run it ?

Do you see FR in the Enter languages table? If not add it and press the simulate button to perform a check that the settings are properly maintained. Do you see any issues after pressing the simulate button ?

Was the SAP system stopped/started to apply the parameter change?

Hi,

We did't get any error in SMLT, French language patch installed sucessfully.

But we are not able to login(FR), please let us know if we need to maintain additional parameters.

We have restarted the server after creation of parameter.

Let us know if any information required.

Go to Transaction RZ11 and double check the value of parameter zcsa/installed_languages.

Did you check report RSCPINST and is FR stated there and was it activated and all properly maintained?
